Keywords help filter topics down to focused queries used to search something particular on search engines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Keyword research helps identify which keywords are most relevant to your pages to increase visibility. Search volume is a representation of how many searches a keyword receives during a period of time. This is usually collected monthly. You can leverage search trends and search volumes to strategize for new content. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Title tags<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Your title tags appear in the SERPs. This is a title of a page appearing in a browser window or tab which tells both the readers and the search engine spiders what the page is about. Always enter a keyword in your title tag for a better chance at ranking high in the SERPs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Heading tags<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Heading tags, in simple terms, indicates readers and search engines what each section of your page\u2019s content is about. There are multiple heading tag types in SEO, ranging from H1 to H6 and each is evaluated in a descending priority order. Search engines will populate one for you if the right meta description is not chosen. This is automatically done based on the text of your page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Internal linking<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>There are several benefits to hyperlinking your pages to each other on your site. One benefit is driving traffic to a deeper page. Next, you are influencing longer session durations and lower bounce rates which tells the search engines that the users are interested in your content.
